As Lead Creative Manager at Voodoo, I oversee the creative strategy across a portfolio of top-performing mobile games. I manage a team of marketing artists and developers, guiding them to produce innovative, high-performing ad creatives that fuel growth across multiple networks.
My role is grounded in data-driven decision-making. I define key creative directions and campaign focuses based on deep analysis of performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, SOV) and regularly benchmark against top competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and transferable ideas. This helps ensure our creative output stays both competitive and forward-thinking.
I write detailed creative briefs that align the team on goals, context, and executional standards. These briefs distill complex market insights into actionable tasks, empowering the team to iterate with purpose and clarity.
Drawing from my background as a Senior Marketing Artist, I remain hands-on throughout the production process offering creative input, reviewing iterations, and supporting final delivery to ensure the highest visual and performance standards are met. I also work closely with UA and product teams to align creative direction with broader growth objectives.
